Meds-2-Beds
Hospital patients being discharged will now be able to have their prescriptions filled by PillboxModesto and delivered to their bedside. Once enrolled into the Meds 2 Beds Program, patients’ prescriptions are sent to our pharmacy, filled and delivered to the patient’s hospital room before they are discharged from the hospital.
Before leaving the hospital, our pharmacy team thoroughly reviews the
patient’s discharge orders and medication therapy to ensure they are best suited for the patient.
Our team is involved in the discharge planning process, providing accurate medication reconciliation. We confirm that the patient and families understand discharge instructions and give the patient access to medications at their bedside before discharge.
In-House Clinic Pharmacist
Regular and reliable consultant pharmacist services are available to residents.
The consultant pharmacist reviews residents’ medication, communicates with the responsible physician, checks medication storage, and more.
On-Site Vaccine Clinics
We want to be sure that our community is protected against any preventable diseases. We will set up a day that works best for you and your residents, and we will handle the vaccinations and the billing.
We offer Pneumonia, Shingles, Adult dTap, Influenza, and COVID-19 immunizations.
This service is one more thing we provide so that you can worry less and focus more attention on your residents.

At PillboxModesto, we train and staff our own delivery drivers with the latest technology to ensure your residents receive medications. Our team has 24/7/365 access to medicines and we provide a direct line to a pharmacist to ensure clear communication.
